After the parts are immersed in liquid, ultrasonic washers utilize ultrasonic waves through the solvent to release grime, dirt and debris from the parts. Immersion washers are not energy and time efficient for all parts that need to be cleaned. Aqueous parts washers utilize sprays to clean parts, often attached to high powered nozzles that are set up to hit the parts from every angle. One of the most common aqueous parts washers is one with a conveyor belt for time efficiency. Rotary washers, which turn the parts within a basket in a circular motion while being sprayed with numerous nozzles, is another popular model.
