New Emission Control Standards

Very recent developments are proposed to take place in the power plant industry. In an effort to limit greenhouse gas emissions, there are a variety of new federal standards that are set to be unveiled in the coming future regarding the energy emissions of power plants. These proposed new emission control standards would state that new power plants will have a limit of 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide that they can emit per megawatt hour of energy produced.
